Reservations & Rates
How do I make a reservation at Riverview RV Park?
You can book online any time through our reservation system, or call us at (970) 667-9910 during office hours. Online booking shows live availability for all of our site types, so you can see exactly what's open for your dates.
What are your nightly rates?
Rates are dynamic, so the best way to see current pricing for your dates is to check the online booking system.
Do you offer monthly or long-term rates?
Yes. We offer monthly rates for longer stays, particularly through the off-season. Monthly rates aren't bookable online — please call us at (970) 667-9910 or email home@riverviewrv.com and we'll work out the details with you.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Can I check in late or after hours?
Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out we'll accommodate it when we can, for a fee of $10.00 per hour. If you're going to arrive after we close, a welcome packet will be waiting for you just to the left of the office door.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and you'll receive a full refund, less the booking fee. Cancel between 30 and 7 days before arrival and you'll receive a full refund less a $25 deposit and the booking fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are not refunded. We also don't offer refunds for early departures or weather-related events.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes — Good Sam members, AARP members, and veterans all receive a 10% discount on their stay.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash. We aren't able to accept checks at check-in, so please come prepared.
Sites & Hookups
How many sites does Riverview RV Park have?
We have 159 total sites, including full-hookup RV sites, pull-through sites, river-front sites, tent sites, cabins, and a tiny home rental.
What types of sites do you offer?
We offer River Sites, River Sites (water and electric only), Pull-Through Sites, the Wagon Wheel (wooded sites), the South 40, tent sites with no hookups, a Tiny Home rental, a Deluxe Cabin, and a Rustic Plus Cabin. Each has its own layout and amenities — you can see photos and details for each in our booking system.
Do your sites have full hookups?
Yes, our sites have full hookups.
What amp service is available?
30 amp and 50 amp. Adapters are sold in the store.
What is the maximum RV length you can accommodate?
Site sizes vary, but we can accommodate any size rig.
Are your sites pull-through or back-in?
We have both. Our pull-through sites are designed for easy access with larger rigs, and our river sites and Wagon Wheel sites are back-in.
Is there a dump station on site?
Yes, we have a dump station on site for customers only.
How many people and vehicles are included with a site?
Our base rate covers one camping unit, two vehicles, two adults, and two children. Additional adults and children are $5 each, and infants are free. Each site has a maximum of one camping unit, two vehicles, and seven people. A golf cart is permitted and counts as one of your two vehicles. Please register everyone in your party, along with pets and vehicles, when you arrive.
Can I bring a boat or a utility trailer?
Unfortunately we aren't able to accommodate boats or other non-camping trailers. Give us a call at (970) 667-9910 if you have questions about your setup.
Pets
Are pets allowed at Riverview RV Park?
Yes — we allow and encourage dogs. We're a pet-friendly park and we love having well-behaved dogs stay with us.
Is there a pet fee?
Yes. The pet fee is $5 per day for stays of one week or less, and $9 per pet for stays longer than one week. Please register your pets at the office when you arrive.
Are there breed or size restrictions for dogs?
We welcome dogs of all sizes. We do require a current certificate of vaccinations, which we keep on file at the main office. Dogs that bark persistently or behave aggressively toward other guests may be asked to leave the park.
Do dogs need to be leashed in the park?
Yes, dogs must be leashed and under your control at all times. We do have an off-leash dog park that non-aggressive dogs are welcome to use. Please carry a bag on every walk and clean up after your pet — failure to do so is subject to a $50 fine. Dogs may not be left leashed outside without an owner present, and we don't permit kennels, pens, or dog houses on sites.

Do you have WiFi?
Yes, we offer WiFi throughout the park.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have on-site laundry facilities for guests.
Do you have showers and restrooms?
Yes, we have shower and restroom facilities on site for our guests.
Is there a store on site?
Yes — our camp store carries groceries, camping supplies, firewood, gifts, local Colorado goods, hats, mugs, and stickers. It's a convenient stop for anything you forgot to pack.
Can I fish at Riverview RV Park?
Yes, we have on-site fishing along the Big Thompson River. A Colorado fishing license is required. Please note that fishing, wading, and swimming in the pond and fish ladder are not permitted.
Is there a playground for kids?
Yes, we have a playground on site.
Do you host events or live music?
Yes — we host live music and weekend events seasonally during our busy months.
Park Rules & Policies
What are your quiet hours?
Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We're a family-oriented park, so we ask that you avoid any activity during those hours that could disturb your neighbors.
Are campfires allowed?
Yes. We provide a fire ring at every site. Fire restrictions change with conditions in Colorado, so check reports before you arrive to see whether a ban is in effect. In such conditions, propane fire are a permitted alternative. Check in with our store if you need firewood or propane.
What is the speed limit in the park?
The speed limit is 5 miles per hour throughout the park. We have kids, pets, and older guests walking the roads, and slow speeds also keep the dust down on our dirt roads. Speeding is subject to a $50 fine.
Is the park accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes. We're committed to accessibility and maintain an ADA compliance statement on our website. If you have specific accessibility needs for your stay, please call us at (970) 667-9910 before booking so we can make sure we place you in a site that works for you.
Is there a map of the park?
Yes — you can download a full park map from our website, which shows site numbers, facilities, and the layout of each section.
Are golf carts allowed?
Yes. Golf carts must stay on park property and designated cart paths, and drivers must be at least 16 with a valid driver's license. Please don't drive carts into the adjoining neighborhoods. Your golf cart counts as one of the two vehicles allowed on your site.
Do children need to wear bike helmets?
Yes, all children under 16 are required to wear a helmet while biking in the park.

Where is Riverview RV Park located?
We're at 2444 River Rim Rd, Loveland, CO 80537, set in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains along the Big Thompson River.

It's about a 45-minute drive from Riverview to the Rocky Mountain National Park eastern entrance.
How far are you from Estes Park?
It's approximately a 30-minute drive from Riverview to Estes Park.

Is the campground open year-round?
Yes, we're open year-round. Our premium season runs May through October, when the park is busiest and seasonal amenities like live music and weekend events are running. Office hours vary in the off-season.
What are your office hours?
The office opens daily at 9:00 AM from late May through mid-October, though Tuesdays and Wednesdays may vary. Office hours are reduced in the off-season.
